As you can see in the picture, we wore yellow clothes to symbolize happiness, sunshine, and hope to our family because it is important to have happiness in the family. Family is the most important people in our lives that's why we should keep them by staying and understanding them. We need to have happiness and peace in our family because without it, It would be a mess for all. They are the ones who makes us stronger and happy each and everyday. I grow with them that's why I don't wanna loose them in my life.

  Lucrecia Roces Kasilag  was born in San Fernando, La Union year 1918.   Para sa iyo ano ang kahalagahan ng buhay? Ang buhay ay ang pinaka mahalagang bagay na matatanggap natin dahil ang Diyos ang nagbigay nito. Kung wala tayong buhay, ang mundo natin ay wala ring purpose. Para sa akin, ang kahalagahan ng buhay ay upang hanapin ang ating purpose sa buhay. Para malaman natin kung pano mabuhay at magkaroon ng masayang buhay. Ano kaya ang iyong purpose sa mundong ito? Mayroon akong tatlong purpose sa mundong ito. Una, Nabuhay ako dahil sa purpose ng Diyos dahil kapag wala ang diyos, wala din tayo. Pangalawa, Ang purpose ko dito sa mundo ay upang makita ko ang ligaya at pagmamahal ng buhay. Pangatlo, mararamdaman ko kung ano ang pakiramdam ng nagmahal at minamahal ng mga tao. Para kanino ka nabubuhay? Nabuhay ako para sa Diyos dahil siya ang nagbigay ng lahat sa akin. Ang Mental Health ay may kasama na emosyonal, sikolohikal, at kagalingang panlipunan. Nakakaapekto ito sa kung paano tayo nag-iisip, nararamdaman, at kumikilos. Nakakatulong din itong matukoy kung paano natin hahawakan ang stress, makaugnay sa iba, at gumawa ng mga pagpipilian. Ang Mental Health o Kalusugan ng kaisipan ay mahalaga sa bawat yugto ng buhay, mula pagkabata at pagbibinata hanggang sa pagtanda. Maraming mga kadahilanan ang nag-aambag sa mga problema sa kalusugan ng isip, kabilang na ang Mga karanasan sa buhay, tulad ng trauma o pang-aabuso at ang kasaysayan ng pamilya ng mga problema sa kalusugan ng isip. Sa panahon ngayon, maraming mga bata ang nagkakaroon ng depresyon, anxiety at iba pang mental health problems. Dapat maging aware tayo sa kalusugan ng kaisipan ng mga bata ngayon dahil ang Mental Health ay hindi isang biro. Walang puso ang tao kapag sasabihin lang na ito ay sa pag overreact. Sana malaman din ng lahat na hindi tayo nag-iisa at makaya natin ito.

  Migration is the movement of people from one permanent home to another. This movement changes the population of a place. An Oxford Economics study published by the Department of Employment and Learning (DEL) in 2009 concluded that migrant workers had helped maintain a sufficient labour supply to fuel the 2004–2008 economic boom. The availability of migrant labour appeared to have made the difference between some businesses surviving, or not needing to relocate production abroad (especially in the case of food processing). The authors quote a survey of 600 businesses where 31% said that migrants were important in the survival of their organization; this rose to 50% in health and social care and agriculture. Thus, openness to newcomers is morally right, economically beneficial and culturally enriching.
